Anti-stress casserole for one person

300 gr. spirli pasta
1 onion
50 gr. mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
3 tomatoes
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of garlic
1 pinch of oregano
50 gr. peas
50 gr. tomato paste
1 gr. butter
250 gr. cream cheese
150 gr. Emmental cheese
300 ml creme fraiche


First, put the Spirli pasta in a pot with salted water and cook it until al dente over medium heat. In the meantime, cut the peppers into strips. Then cut the onion into cubes. Also cut the mushrooms into slices. In a frying pan, leave the butter out and add the sliced ingredients. Sauté the ingredients in the pan over low heat.

In a bowl, mix the tomato paste and the cream cheese. Add the oregano to the mixture. Finally, add the crème fraîche to the bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Add the mixture to the pan, mix well and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Finally, add the peas and tomato paste and mix all the ingredients again.

Put the cooked pasta in a baking dish and pour the mixture from the pan over the pasta. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on the casserole. Sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese and place in the oven for 20 minutes to bake.
