A quick and tasty recipe is banana bread.

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
80 ml neutral oil
110 g brown sugar
2 eggs
200 g flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
vanilla extract
some butter for the form
possibly nuts

Preparation:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180 degrees and then grease your baking dish well. Mash your bananas with a fork in a bowl and add a few drops of vanilla extract. Then mix the oil with the brown sugar and the eggs. Mix the dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon before adding them to the oil and egg mixture. Finally, add the mashed bananas and pour the mixture into the greased baking pan. Bake the dough for 55 minutes in the preheated oven. Your banana bread is ready. Enjoy your meal!

Tip:
To get an even tastier dish, you can add chopped walnuts to the dough. Have fun cooking.
