Chamomile smoothie

Ingredients

2 tablespoons dried chamomile or 1 sachet chamomile tea
1 mango
100 g pineapple
2 tablespoons of flax seeds

Preparation

You are looking for a good remedy against stress? Then this smoothie is just the thing for you. Chamomile is considered to be calming and stress relieving.

Put 2 tablespoons of dried chamomile in a cup and pour it with 200 ml of water. Alternatively, you can just use a bag of chamomile tea.

While the tea is cooling, peel and chop the pineapple and mango so that the pieces fit well in the blender.

Add the cooled tea to the blender with the other ingredients and blend on high until the smoothie is nice and creamy. Then divide it between 2 glasses and enjoy.
