For this reason, a few stress-reducing recipes will be named and explained below. These keep foods, which can help with tension and stress.
Healthy and fruity are recipes with fruit. Optimal and a true stress killer is a homemade fruit salad. Three stress-reducing foods can be perfectly combined: Yogurt, bananas and nuts.
Nuts, which are rich in magnesium, are roasted in a pan without fat until they are crispy. As a quantity for one person, 25 to 30 grams are appropriate. The banana, which is rich in tryptophan and contains magnesium, potassium and vitamins, is peeled and cut into slices.
Finally, the ingredients are mixed with about 200 grams of yogurt. Yogurt as a stress killer also contains calcium and magnesium.
Fittingly, another possible recipe, which counteracts stress, is a colorful vegetable pan.
Here stress killer foods, such as peppers, spinach or legumes, should be included. Paprika contains a lot of vitamin C as well as iron, potassium and magnesium. The bell bell pepper is cut into small cubes and sauteed in a pan along with balancing spinach. The vegetables are deglazed with broth and seasoned with salt and pepper. Now add a hand of frozen peas. The latter provide fitness and alertness in everyday life. Now everything is brought to a boil and cooked for about 5 minutes. If you like, stir in some tomato paste and sour cream or cooking stuff. This provides extra creaminess. Adding quinoa or other vegetables, such as potatoes or tomatoes, provides constant variety.
Recipes with oatmeal, avocados or fish are also delicious and stress-reducing. All these foods contain food components that have a balancing, vitalizing and relaxing effect. They are therefore ideal for preventing or eliminating stress.
