Many people suffer from stress due to their job and everyday life, and this can naturally continue day after day if nothing is done about it. But most people don’t know that it’s the little things that can help against stress. Of course, not everyone is the same and everyone reacts differently to stress management, but if you don’t do anything about it, it can have some consequences.

Breathe in and breathe out deeply – Fresh air is the be-all and end-all when it comes to stress.

Is the only time you get fresh air the walk from the elevator to the car and back? Then you’re definitely doing something wrong! Because fresh air is not only good for the body, but also for the soul. Especially people who are exposed to stressful situations on a daily basis should breathe in fresh air regularly. Of course, an office job doesn’t allow for that as much as an outdoor job. Nevertheless, in office buildings, for example, you can regularly open the window and take a deep breath and relax. Even the lunch break can be used wisely and instead of spending it in the office, you can simply take a 10 minute walk.

Fresh air and walks as a ritual against stress

In general, fresh air can help relieve stress. Therefore, you should make it a ritual to get out into the fresh air every day. Of course, this does not mean the way from the car to the office or to the supermarket, but short walks that are good for body and mind. Even if you work 8-10 hours a day, you always have the opportunity to take 10 minutes a day to get some fresh air. Often it is simply due to one’s own comfort or the inner pig. The walk also directly boosts the metabolism, which of course also has a positive effect on people, because sports are known to release happiness hormones. So if you are once again exposed to a stressful situation, whether at work or in your private life, you should take a walk as soon as you can and breathe in and out deeply.

Fresh air and daylight also make it easier for people to fall asleep in the evening. The body comes more easily to rest, which of course also has a positive effect on the body and can counteract stress.
