Fresh herb curd as a spread or dip


250 g curd
3 tablespoons yogurt
Fresh chopped chives
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 spring onions finely chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 fresh mint leaves


Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you like it a bit spicier, add a pinch of chili powder.
The whole mixture should now rest a little. Please cover the bowl. Leave in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.

Excellent as a dip for meat or as a spread on fresh bread.

The light mint taste has a calming and stress-reducing effect. The essential oil of mint unfolds and additionally brings a certain note of freshness to the dish.
