A fresh salad with a spicy dressing and tuna fillets

Stressful days are often the order of the day, and then you come home and you’re also supposed to eat healthy. Sounds like double stress, but you should see it as a stress killer, because on the one hand you can mentally calm down while chopping and preparing a fresh dish, you can talk to a nice person or listen to music. You have to really celebrate the preparation of your salad, then you have already mastered the first hurdle of stress reduction.
Then you mix a few healthy ingredients, it depends on the composition. You should definitely consume some proteins, minerals and a lot of vitamin B, then stress becomes a minor matter and your body will reward you with lots of happy hormones. What do you need to make this?

Ingredient list:

  • Lettuce leaves (lamb’s lettuce, pluck lettuce, young spinach).
  • 250 gr blueberries
  • 3 fresh, aromatic tomatoes
  • 3 tuna fillets
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • chopped walnuts to taste
  • coarsely grated parmesan
  • 6 tbs. vinegar
  • 6 tbs. water
  • 6 tbs. good oil
  • 3 tsp. mustard
  • 6 tsp. honey
  • fresh, chopped herbs

Preparation:
You need to carefully wash and clean the vegetables and lettuce, then cut them into bite-sized pieces and put them in a salad bowl. All the ingredients of the dressing can be mixed together. You can be more sparing or generous with the honey, depending on your taste.
You should then sear the tuna so that it is still slightly glazed on the inside and then cut it into appealing pieces. You can drape these on top of the salad. Finally, you can garnish your salad with fresh Parmesan cheese and walnuts. You should not be sparing with these ingredients, because they contain many stress killers that make you happy.
