125 g butter
5-8 tbsp fresh lavender flowers (untreated)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
Warm the butter to room temperature so it’s easy to work with.
Add salt, oil and flowers, but save 2-3 flowers for decoration.
Gently mix all ingredients with an electric hand mixer.
Pour the finished flower butter into an attractive small container, preferably with a Mediterranean design.
Garnish the butter with the flowers that were intended for decoration.
The butter will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
