Lavender calms the body and mind, helps with gastrointestinal problems, inner turmoil, headaches and has a stress-reducing effect.
The scent stimulates the senses and creates a good mood. The color of the flowers is also visually appealing.
Flower butter with lavender has an exotic effect and tastes great in combination with fresh bread.
The is recipe is very simple, but refined and the result is a tasty remedy for stress.

You need:

125 g butter
5-8 tbsp fresh lavender flowers (untreated)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

Warm the butter to room temperature so it’s easy to work with.
Add salt, oil and flowers, but save 2-3 flowers for decoration.

Gently mix all ingredients with an electric hand mixer.
Pour the finished flower butter into an attractive small container, preferably with a Mediterranean design.
Garnish the butter with the flowers that were intended for decoration.
The butter will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
