Bouillabaise is a miracle recipe against stress because it is rich in proteins, contains Moroccan saffron and quickly takes you to the land of vacation. Bouillabaise reminds you of summer, the South of France and the taste of the Mediterranean. In bouillabaise, sea fish, mussels and shrimps come together and are cooked with vegetables such as zucchini, leeks, fennel and carrots together in water, white wine and saffron.
