Ingredients for 4 people
800 grams of floury potatoes
60 grams of liquid butter
3 eggs
6 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons of wheat semolina
12 plums
12 sugar cubes
100 grams of butter
100 grams of breadcrumbs
1-2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation
Peel the floury boiled potatoes and let them cool down for 4 hours.
