Recipe against stress: Plum dumplings

Ingredients for 4 people

800 grams of floury potatoes

60 grams of liquid butter

3 eggs

6 tablespoons flour

1 pinch of salt

4 tablespoons of wheat semolina

12 plums

12 sugar cubes

100 grams of butter

100 grams of breadcrumbs

1-2 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation

Peel the floury boiled potatoes and let them cool down for 4 hours.
Then press the potatoes through a press and mix them with the liquid butter, eggs, flour, salt and semolina to a firm dough. While the dough rests for ten minutes, cut the plums in half and remove the seeds, replacing them with a sugar cube. Now put the plums together and cover them with the dough and form dumplings. While the dumplings are cooking in hot water for 10 minutes, melt the butter and mix it with the breadcrumbs and sugar. Roll the drained dumplings in the butter and breadcrumbs mixture and enjoy the dish that will help you relieve stress.
