Fortunately, the cortisol level can be lowered again through proper nutrition. For this purpose, the consumption of sugar, caffeine and unhealthy trans fats should be reduced. Exactly to consider these factors I would like to present you now the suitable recipe.
For 4 persons you need:
6 large potatoes
2 packages of bacon
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
slicer and peeler if necessary
First peel the potatoes and then slice or plane them into thin slices. Mix the slices with pepper, salt, oil and garlic powder in a bowl and let them stand for a short time.
Two superimposed slices of bacon are needed for each rose. Then fan the potatoes onto the bacon with an overlap of 2 cm and then roll them up.
Place the finished rolled roses in a pre-made muffin tray and place in the preheated oven. The roses must now bake for about 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
After baking, allow to cool briefly and carefully release from the pan.
