Potato wedges

You are once again under pressure and should eat something between all your appointments. You just know that it should go fast and yet against your inner feeling of stress should tackle. After all, you don’t want your food to hit your stomach and a little relaxation can help anyway. That’s where simple recipes, like potato wedges, come in handy. Potatoes offer the advantage of being grounding and unprocessed. So they make you full without putting additional strain on the body.

Ingredients for two people:
8 potatoes
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 – 2 tsp oil
a pinch of salt
a little garlic powder if desired
ketchup or herb curd, if desired

Wash the potatoes, unless you absolutely can’t imagine eating the peel with them. Then peel the potatoes. Then cut the potato into eighths, similar to an apple. Of course, you can also cut them into strips, as you prefer to eat them.

Mix the oil with the paprika powder and salt. You can also add a pinch of pepper and/or garlic powder. Roll the potato pieces in it and put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put the tray into the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Once the potato wedges are slightly crispy, you can serve them on two plates with some herb curd or ketchup. If you concentrate on each individual component, you will also find a bit of inner peace.
