Recipe suggestion for the pan (for two servings):
400 grams of sweet potatoes (1-2 pieces).
10 grams of ginger
Half a bunch of radishes
A little sesame oil
Some coriander
Half a lime
Half a pomegranate

Preparation steps

First you should peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes. The cubes should be about 1 cm in size. Next, peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces as well. For this, you should ultimately chop the ginger. Then clean the radishes and cut them into small slices. After this preliminary work, you put some oil in a pan. After the pan has become warm, add some ginger and let it sauté over medium heat. Then add the sweet potatoes and let them steam for about 8 minutes on medium heat. Then add the cilantro and sauté with the radishes for about 2 more minutes. In the meantime, cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from the lime. The pomegranate must be halved and then the seeds must be removed from the pomegranate. It is important to note that removing the seeds from the pomegranate often results in red splatter. Last but not least, the sweet potato must be deglazed with the lime juice. Then season the pan with a little salt and pepper and sprinkle the pomegranate over the pan.
