Reduce stress with sweet potatoes

Getting everything under one hat in everyday life with family and job is not exactly easy. The body quickly becomes stressed. Many people rely on relaxation techniques and forget that there are also numerous foods against stress. The nutrition plays a very large role. Many reach for fast food products due to lack of time and others, on the other hand, very quickly reach for sugary foods. With the right diet, stress can be reduced very quickly in the body.

Reduce stress with sweet potatoes

Ingredients for one person:
8 sweet potatoes
500 g minced meat
1/2 onion
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
100 g spinach leaves
1 egg
100 g ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon whipped cream
Baking paper
Springform pan

First wash the potatoes once. Then peel and cut into slices. Then put half of the potatoes in a 26 cm diameter springform pan lined with baking paper.
Then cut the onion into small cubes.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the minced meat. Fry the minced meat in the pan over medium heat until crumbly. Add the diced onion and mix all the ingredients together, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the spinach leaves and put them in a saucepan. Heat the spinach leaves and let them collapse. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the spinach in the springform pan over the potatoes.

Spread the minced meat in the springform pan as well. Spread the ricotta cream cheese on top. Finally, spread the remaining sweet potatoes on top of the ricotta cheese.

In a bowl, pour in the egg and add the whipped cream. Mix both ingredients together well. Then coat the potatoes with the whisked ingredients.

Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. After that it can be served immediately.
