Fats that are healthy have a great importance in maintaining a healthy nervous system. Specifically, omega-3 fatty acids found in fish like salmon have a calming effect on the nervous system in the body.
Broccoli contains a healthy amount of magnesium as well as plenty of vitamins. This includes vitamin B and vitamin C, as well as iron.

  • 300g salmon
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon
  1. first cut off the broccoli florets from the stalk and then wash the broccoli.

Instead of regular table salt, you can alternatively use coarse sea salt.
