Like all of us, I’m sure you have some particularly stressful days during the week. To reduce this everyday stress and get back into a relaxed state, there are great and easy recipes to follow. Among them is this delicious Salmon Spinach Lasagna, which effectively reduces your stress with the substantial fish and green power vegetables.
200g fresh spinach leaves
250g lasagna sheets
150g grated Gouda
Fry the salmon in a pan until golden brown on all sides and after cooling and cut into small cubes. Wash the spinach leaves, put them in a saucepan and sauté. After about 5 minutes, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Then cover the bottom of a baking dish with the lasagna sheets, put a few spoonfuls of the spinach-cream mixture on top and spread some of the salmon evenly over it. Next, place another layer of the lasagna sheets on top, again covered with the spinach mixture and salmon. This step is repeated until the ingredients are used up and the baking dish is completely filled. The dish is then covered with aluminum foil and placed in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. After this time, remove the aluminum foil and spread the grated Gouda on top of the lasagna. Then put the casserole dish back in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted nicely.
