Spaghetti with feta cheese

Stress always comes up, whether it is due to work or family problems or other reasons. In these times it is important to pay attention to a healthy diet to relieve the body and at the same time strengthen the immune system. Healthy digestion can be negatively affected by stress and inflammation can be caused, for example. A study has now shown that the increased intake of dietary fiber can reduce stress in the body. It also allows the intestines to work better. A very good supplier of fiber is spaghetti with feta cheese.

150 g dried tomatoes in oil
2 small cloves of garlic
15 g basil
120 g feta cheese (45 % fat in dry matter)
200 g wholemeal pasta
a little salt
some pepper

Preparation time:
approx. 15 minutes

First, the tomatoes should be placed in a colander so that they can drain first. Then the tomatoes can be cut into narrow strips. Then the two cloves of garlic must be peeled and chopped. After that, the basil can be prepared. For this, the leaves can be plucked, washed and finally chopped. The next step is to prepare the feta cheese. This can either be crumbled with your fingers or cut into small pieces. While the ingredients are being prepared, the pasta can already be cooked to shorten the preparation time. While the pasta is still cooking, the remaining ingredients can already be sautéed. To do this, you can simply use some of the remaining oil from the tomatoes. First, the garlic and tomatoes are sautéed together. Then the feta cheese and basil are also added. Once the pasta is cooked, it can be drained. Now the pasta can also be added to the pan. Now let the whole thing fry for a few more minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste. The high-fiber meal is ready
