Spaghetti with Tomato Mozzarella Balls

For this recipe you need the following ingredients:
500 g wholemeal spaghetti
500 g cocktail tomatoes
a bunch of basil
100 g freshly grated parmesan
100 ml olive oil
200 g mozzarella balls
100 g pine nuts
salt

Whole grain spaghetti is an easy, stress-free and quick recipe to make when things are busy and your tummy is empty. They are filling and especially fresh and tasty. Put the spaghetti in a pot of salted water and cook for eight minutes until it is al dente, that is, cooked but not soft. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Then put the basil leaves in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt and parmesan. Puree this to a fresh basil pesto with a blender. Then take the spaghetti out of the water and add the basil pesto, halved tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Add the pine nuts, previously toasted in the pan. The dish can be served on plates for four people.
