Flammkuchen – Quick and easy homemade
Who does not know it, after a busy day you do not always want to spend a lot of time cooking. For this, the tarte flambée is perfect. Super easy to make yourself and quickly ready he is also. And above all stress-free, because not many ingredients are needed and it bakes almost by itself.
250 g flour 125 ml tap water 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 leek 1 cup of crème fraîche ham cubes Sprinkled cheese
- combine flour, water and oil and knead well. This is best done by hand. Roll out the dough very thinly and place it on the baking tray.
- season the crème fraîche with a little salt, pepper and garlic. Then spread it on the dough.
- cut the leek into fine rings and spread on the dough with the ham cubes. If you like, you can sprinkle some cheese on top. However, this is not necessary, as it is not part of the classic tarte flambée recipe.
- bake the tarte flambée at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. As soon as the edge becomes crispy and bakes slightly brown, it is ready.
