Start the day already relaxed in the morning! Because these pudding oats are not only incredibly delicious. They also increase your well-being and spur your brain to peak performance.

The main ingredient of the Pudding-Oats are oat flakes. They are not only known for their long-chain carbohydrates that keep you full for a long time. The small cereal flakes also contain valuable B1 and B3 vitamins as well as tryptophan. This substance is converted in the body into serotonin, i.e. into pure feelings of happiness. Anyone who takes too little of this substance quickly suffers from tiredness and fatigue.
The walnuts in the pudding oats give your brain an additional boost. They are rich in unsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acid, vitamins and important trace elements. Combined with the magnesium from bananas and raspberries, which regulate blood sugar levels, this breakfast gives you the perfect start to the day.
Small tip: Best enjoyed warm, that caresses the soul and is easy on the stomach.

Ingredients:
For 2 servings:
400 ml soy milk vanilla (almond or coconut milk also taste good)
500 ml water
80 g oat flakes (soft melting)
1 sachet of vanilla pudding powder (37g) for cooking
200 g curd cheese
sugar or sweetener of your choice
1 banana
50g raspberries (or other berries)
5 walnuts

Preparation:
Working time: 15 minutes
Bring 400 ml of water with soy milk and oatmeal to a boil in a saucepan.
Meanwhile, mix 100 ml of water with the pudding powder until the powder is completely dissolved.
When the oatmeal mixture boils, turn off the heat. Slowly stir in the dissolved pudding, stirring constantly – preferably with a whisk.
Remove the pudding oats from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Then stir in the quark, also with a whisk. Sweeten everything to taste and divide into two bowls.
Slice the banana and chop the nuts. Garnish the Pudding-Oats with banana, raspberries and nuts and serve warm.

Tip: You can of course also make a chocolate Pudding-Oats. To do this, simply replace the milk with a non-flavored version and choose a chocolate pudding instead of vanilla.
