Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients for one person:

150 g macaroni
1/2 onion
50 ml vegetable broth
1/8 bunch of mint
1/8 lime
60 g peas (frozen)
60 g princess beans (TK goods)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
30 ml soy cream
50 g Grana Padano hard cheese

Preparation:
Put macaroni in a pot of water and cook it until al dente.
Cut the half onion into small cubes. Then put the vegetable broth in a saucepan and bring it to a boil over low heat. Then add the onion cubes and the princess beans. Bring all the ingredients to the boil once over very low heat. Then stir in the frozen peas and cook for three minutes. The vegetables should still be firm to the bite.

Squeeze the lime in a bowl. Then wash and pluck the mint and finely chop it. Add the soy cream to the ingredients in the pot and mix all ingredients together. Then grate the hard cheese and add it to the pot. Stir in the chopped mint. Then season the ingredients with salt and pepper and pour in the lime juice.

Pour the vegetable ragout on top of the cooked pasta and serve.
