WHOLEMEAL BREAD WITH AVOCADO PUREE

Ingredients:
2 slices of wholemeal bread
1/4 avocado
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
2 lettuce leaves
salt, pepper and thyme

Preparation:
Mash avocado and mix with cottage cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme. Spread the bread slices with the puree and place the lettuce leaves on top. Your snack is ready!

Ripe avocados are best for the puree.
