Yogurt smoothie

Power breakfast to prevent stress

Ingredients or 1 serving:

1 cup sweet berries (strawberries, for example).
1 banana
1 cup yogurt, low fat
1 cup yogurt, vanilla
1 cup milk (rich in calcium/protein)
1 egg (brain food)
1 teaspoon yeast powder (brain, nerve)
1 tablespoon safflower oil (good fatty acids)
0.5 teaspoon magnesium powder (heart protection during stress)
4 tablespoons of juice (for example pineapple or even orange)
1 tablespoon of lecithin granules
1 tablespoon wheat germ (smooth blood vessels/ beautiful skin)

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Mix all the ingredients together and blend them until you get a uniform mixture. If the result is too thick, you can dilute your anti-stress booster with some juice or even milk.

Drink a glass full of the drink to have enough energy for the day. You can vary the fruit as you like. Instead of vanilla yogurt, you can also use fruit yogurt.

Tip: You can enjoy a slice of wholemeal bread with your power breakfast. In the morning we often have a great need to chew.
